May-ling Lee has been a clerk in an insurance company since 1977.
Now she wants to change jobs. Yesterday she saw an ad for an ac­
counting clerk. They would like someone who has had experience
filing, typing invoices, and preparing sales reports. May-ling has some
relevant experience* because she has filed and typed letters and in­
voices. However, she has not prepared sales reports. Mav-ling would
like to apply for the job, but she is not sure of her chances.
